We invite written contributions of between 20.000 and 25.000 signs (with references and bibliography) on the topic of Academia, Democracy and the Political. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review according to the highest academic standards and, subject to acceptance, will be published in a scientific monograph entitled Academia, Democracy and the Political. The monograph will be published by Peter Lang Verlag within the series „Central and Eastern European Forum for Legal, Political, and Social Theory Yearbook”, alongside selected contributions by participants of the 9th CEE Forum on Academia, Democracy and the Political in Wrocław (April 2016).
We invite contributions from legal theorists, philosophers of law, sociologists of law, political philosophers, political scientists and social theorists. The papers must be written in correct English (British or American, but consequently) and be appropriately referenced. If we receive a large number of contributions, we will consider publishing one part (around 8 texts) in the aforementioned monograph, and the remaining part in a special edition of a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
Please note that we do not have resources to translate or make a linguistic correction of your text. Texts not drafted in correct English will be rejected without a peer review.
Please submit your text by email to Dr. Michał Paździora (firstname.lastname@example.org) adding Dr. Adam Szot (email@example.com) and Dr. Rafał Mańko (firstname.lastname@example.org) in CC, no later than by 26 November 2017.
